Sylvania SylSmart Connected Building supports the latest two versions of Apple iOS and iPadOS.
Each year, when Apple releases the new version of iOS, Sylvania SylSmart Connected Building will drop support for the oldest version it previously supported.
Unsupported OS versions may still be able to run Silvair applications and receive application updates. However, Sylvania will not investigate and fix issues affected by devices with unsupported OS. The ability to obtain SylSmart Connected Building application updates on unsupported OS may be disabled at any time based on development compatibility issues.
Sylvania reserves the right to change support policy based on OS capabilities and the product development roadmap.
This policy applies to all iOS applications developed by Sylvania including applications developed for partners as branded applications.

Will my device be supported in the future?
Apple announces a list of devices that are compatible with the update and may receive an update to a new OS version when it is released. Sylvania cannot guarantee the compatibility of Apple devices in the future. However, please note that Apple has significantly extended the life cycle of iPhone and iPad models over the years and the latest models receive software updates from five to six years.
